How to order
Ordering from precious metal plating has been made as simple as possible. In the first instance email enquire@preciousmetalplating.co.uk describing what you would like done together with a value for the item. You can phone if you wish but it is easier to give a firm price from an email. Please include photographs of the items to be plated, if possible, in particular showing any damage or deep scratches.
We will phone or email you with a firm price. If you wish to go ahead post the item/deliver to us well packaged and, as a suggestion, insured for its full value. Include your full name address together with a description of the work agreed. You will the be emailed an invoice for which you will be able to use a debit or credit card.
When the invoice has been paid and the work completed it will be returned to you insured for its value. We will email to let you know when this happens.
Whilst the e-invoice is the preferred method of payment cheques or cash can be accepted by prior arrangement.
At the moment all payments to Precious Metal Plating are collected, for your security and peace of mind, through paypal. Your payment details and receipt will show all the details of who you have made a payment to together with full contact details.
